About the Project

Acme Generics, established in 2004, is a pharmaceutical company specializing in research-based products that promote innovation and capacity building. In 2020, Studio Ardete designed their headquarters in Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh, India, reflecting a raw and rustic aesthetic suitable for a corporate setting

The design features a white-painted stainless steel bar installation in the entrance lobby, a unique staircase handrail, and a first-floor corridor lobby with suspended wooden battens and brick cladding.

Workspaces are efficient, with manager cabins averaging 7 square meters, and workstations highlighted by bright yellow and white hues, concrete-styled epoxy flooring, and custom zig-zag bar lights inspired by circuitry patterns.

The managing director's cabin features white wedge-shaped surface paneling, while the conference room boasts a fabric-crafted ceiling installation with embedded lights, creating a surreal ambiance.
